1. About the service
VOUCHERA (vouchera.in), based at Tronglaobi Tidim Road, Manipur, India, is a cashback and rewards website. We list offers from partner stores and pass on part of the commission those stores pay us as cashback. VOUCHERA is not a seller: products and services are sold by the stores, which are solely responsible for pricing, stock, delivery, quality, warranties, returns and refunds.
2. Who can use VOUCHERA
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
- Cashback is available for purchases you make for yourself through VOUCHERA links.
- Payouts are made only to a valid UPI ID held in your own name.
- One person may not use multiple identities, email addresses or UPI IDs to claim cashback.
3. Earning cashback
Cashback is earned only when a store tracks your purchase, confirms it and pays VOUCHERA the related commission. The full rules on tracking, calculation, confirmation, declines, missing cashback and withdrawals are in our Cashback Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Offers and accuracy
We publish each offer’s rate, eligibility and conditions as confirmed by the store. Stores may change, pause or end an offer, sometimes at short notice. We update offers as soon as we learn of a change. Cashback is calculated using the terms in force when the store recorded your purchase, as confirmed by the store.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Place fake, test, fraudulent or later-cancelled orders to generate cashback.
- Manipulate tracking, links or cookies, or use bots, scripts or automated tools.
- Claim cashback for purchases made by someone else or for resale where the store prohibits it.
- Copy, scrape or republish VOUCHERA content or links without our written permission.
- Attempt to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website.
6. Fraud and suspension
If we reasonably believe cashback was obtained in breach of these terms or a store’s rules, we may withhold or cancel that cashback and stop providing the service to you. We will tell you the reason by email and give you a chance to respond, unless the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it.
7. Intellectual property
The VOUCHERA name, logo, design and content belong to VOUCHERA. Store names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their offers; their appearance does not imply that they endorse VOUCHERA.
8. Third-party websites
Our links take you to websites we do not control. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store, under the store’s own terms and privacy policy.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We work hard to keep VOUCHERA accurate and available, but the website is provided “as is”. Tracking depends on stores, affiliate networks and your browser settings, which are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, VOUCHERA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of stores, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the confirmed cashback owed to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use VOUCHERA after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts in Manipur, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
