How it works

From first click to UPI payout

Cashback is a share of the commission a partner store pays VOUCHERA when you buy through our link. Here’s the whole journey, step by step.

  1. STEP 01

    Discover an offer

    Open Explore Offers, filter by category and read the voucher: rate, tracking time, confirmation window and conditions.

  2. STEP 02

    Shop through VOUCHERA

    Tap Shop. The store opens in a new tab with a tracked link. Buy as you normally would, at the store’s normal price.

  3. STEP 03

    Earn & track

    The store reports your purchase to us. Your reward then moves through four clear statuses until it is confirmed.

  4. STEP 04

    Withdraw

    When your confirmed cashback reaches ₹100, request a payout to your UPI ID.

Tracking your rewards

Four stamps on every reward

Each purchase carries one status at a time. Only Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn.

  1. Tracked

    The store has recorded a purchase made through your VOUCHERA link.

  2. Pending

    The store’s return and cancellation window is still open.

  3. Confirmed

    The store approved the order. The cashback joins your withdrawable balance.

  4. Paid

    The amount has been sent to the UPI ID you gave us.

A purchase can also be Declined if the order is cancelled, returned or breaks the offer’s conditions. We’ll tell you why — see when cashback is declined.

Withdrawing your balance

Payouts are simple

Once your confirmed cashback reaches ₹100, you can withdraw all of it to any UPI ID in your own name.

  • Request a withdrawalUse the withdrawal form with your UPI ID and amount.
  • We verify the balanceWe check that the amount is confirmed and the request is genuine.
  • Money reaches your UPIWe send the payout and mark the reward as Paid.

Still wondering?

Why is my cashback still Pending?

Stores confirm commission only after their return window closes, which can take from a few weeks to a few months. The voucher shows the usual confirmation time for that store.

Can I use a coupon code with cashback?

Only coupons listed on the VOUCHERA voucher for that store. Codes from other websites can stop the store from paying commission, which means no cashback.

Can cashback be reduced after it tracks?

Yes, if you return part of an order or the store adjusts the order value. Cashback follows the final value the store confirms.

Is cashback guaranteed?

Cashback depends on the store confirming your order and paying its commission. We publish every condition so you know what counts, and we follow up on every valid missing cashback claim.
