VOUCHERA is free. We don’t sell products or charge you any fees, so there is no VOUCHERA payment to refund. This page explains how store refunds, cancellations and returns affect your cashback, and how to cancel a withdrawal request.
1. VOUCHERA charges nothing
Browsing offers, earning cashback and withdrawing it are all free. We never ask you to pay to unlock cashback or to receive a payout. If anyone asks you to pay money in VOUCHERA’s name, please don’t pay and report it to support@vouchera.in.
2. Refunds and cancellations of store orders
Orders you place through VOUCHERA links are contracts between you and the store. Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are handled entirely by the store under its own policy. Please contact the store directly for help with an order.
3. How returns and cancellations affect cashback

4. Cancelling a withdrawal request
You can cancel a withdrawal request by emailing support@vouchera.in before the payout is sent. The amount stays in your confirmed balance. Once a UPI payment has been sent, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
5. Payout errors
- We paid less than due: tell us and we will pay the difference after checking.
- We paid more than due or paid twice: we will contact you and may adjust it against future cashback or ask you to return the extra amount.
- Wrong UPI ID provided: we will help where we can, but we cannot guarantee recovery of a payment sent to the UPI ID you gave us.
- Failed payout: if a UPI payment fails, the amount returns to your confirmed balance and we will ask you for a valid UPI ID.
6. Stopping use of VOUCHERA
You can stop using VOUCHERA at any time. If you ask us to delete your data, please withdraw any confirmed balance of ₹100 or more first. We will then handle your request as described in our Privacy Policy.
